DAY 1: Wednesday | Arrival in Athens, Greece

Your journey begins in the historic capital of Greece. Upon arrival at Athens International Airport, you are warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, the remainder of the day allows you to relax after your international flight. This evening, enjoy a group dinner and settle in for an overnight stay as anticipation builds for the days ahead.

DAY 2: Thursday | Athens & Corinth

After breakfast, depart for a full day steeped in biblical and classical history. The first stop is the dramatic Corinth Canal, a marvel of engineering and a perfect photo opportunity. Continue to ancient Corinth, where the Apostle Paul lived, worked, and established a thriving church. Walking through these ruins brings Scripture vividly to life.

Returning to Athens, the afternoon unfolds with a guided city tour. Ascend the Acropolis to view the Parthenon and Erectheion while taking in sweeping views of the city. A short walk leads to Mars’ Hill, where Paul addressed the Athenians about the “unknown God.” The day concludes with a panoramic drive past Athens’ major landmarks before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: Friday | Athens to Lavrion | Cruise to Mykonos

Following breakfast, check out and travel to the port of Lavrion to embark on your Greek Islands cruise. After setting sail, enjoy lunch onboard as the Aegean Sea stretches before you.

By early evening, arrive at the iconic island of Mykonos. Spend free time wandering through its whitewashed streets, vibrant alleyways, and waterfront paths. Discover Little Venice, admire the famous windmills, or simply soak in the island’s relaxed energy. Dinner is served onboard as the ship departs late evening toward Turkey.

DAY 4: Saturday | Kusadasi, Turkey & Patmos

Arrive early in Kusadasi, gateway to ancient Ephesus. Travel inland to explore one of the most impressive archaeological sites in the Mediterranean. Here, Paul preached, taught, and ministered for several years. Walk along marble streets, view the grand theater, and stand where early Christianity took root.

Return to the ship for lunch before sailing to Patmos. In the late afternoon, arrive at this sacred island where the Apostle John was exiled. Visit the Monastery of Saint John and the Grotto of the Revelation, traditionally believed to be where the Book of Revelation was written. Re-embark and sail onward, enjoying dinner and overnight onboard.

DAY 5: Sunday | Heraklion, Crete & Santorini

Begin the day in Heraklion, Crete, with the option to explore the legendary Palace of Knossos, center of the ancient Minoan civilization. Return to the ship for lunch before continuing to Santorini.

By afternoon, arrive at one of the most breathtaking islands in the world. Ride the cable car to the cliff-top town of Thera and enjoy free time to explore its white-washed architecture, dramatic caldera views, and charming shops. As evening falls, the ship departs, carrying unforgettable memories into the night.

DAY 6: Monday | Lavrion to Meteora | Kalambaka

Disembark in the early morning and journey north through the Greek countryside. Arrive in Kalambaka, nestled beneath the towering rock formations of Meteora. Ascend to visit two of the remarkable monasteries perched high atop massive stone pillars. Built by monks seeking spiritual isolation, these UNESCO World Heritage sites offer both awe-inspiring views and profound serenity.

After checking in to your hotel, enjoy dinner and overnight in Kalambaka.

DAY 7: Tuesday | Kalambaka to Berea to Thessalonica

After breakfast, depart Kalambaka and travel toward Thessalonica. En route, stop in Berea, where Paul’s teachings were eagerly received. Visit the mosaic monument commemorating his preaching and reflect on the city’s biblical significance.

Continue on to Thessalonica and check in to your hotel. The evening is free to explore the lively waterfront, walk along the seaside promenade, or enjoy the historic city center. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 8: Wednesday | Philippi & Kavala

Today’s journey leads to Philippi, a cornerstone of early Christianity. Visit the river traditionally associated with Lydia’s baptism, the ancient prison where Paul and Silas were held, the Agora, basilicas, and the theater. Each site tells a powerful story of faith, perseverance, and transformation.

Continue to Kavala, the ancient port of Neapolis, for a panoramic city tour before returning to Thessalonica for dinner and overnight.

DAY 9: Thursday | Thessalonica to Athens

After breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour of Thessalonica, including the Old City Walls, the White Tower, the Arch of Galerius, and the Rotunda. Depart for Athens via a scenic drive, passing Mount Olympus and the lush Valley of Tempe.

Arrive in Athens in the evening, check in to your hotel, and gather for a farewell dinner—a fitting conclusion to a journey rich in history, faith, and fellowship.

DAY 10: Friday | Departure from Athens

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Athens International Airport for your departure flight home. As you leave Greece, carry with you the spiritual insights, historical depth, and unforgettable experiences of walking in the footsteps of the Apostle Paul.
