DAY 1: Journey from US to TEL AVIV
Depart from a New York area gateway to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. Dinner and breakfast are served on board.
DAY 2: Arrival in the Holy Land
Arrive in Tel Aviv at Ben Gurion Airport, where you are met and transferred north toward Galilee. From the moment of arrival, the spiritual significance of the land becomes tangible as the journey begins through the very landscapes where Scripture unfolded. This first evening is designed for rest and quiet reflection as you prepare to walk in the footsteps of Jesus.
DAY 3: Sea of Galilee: The Ministry of Jesus
The day begins with a deeply moving boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, where communion is shared in the same waters where Jesus taught, calmed storms, and called His disciples.
From the shoreline, continue to the Mount of Beatitudes, overlooking Galilee, where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5–7). The journey continues to Tabgha, commemorating the miracle of the loaves and fishes and Jesus’ post-resurrection appearance to His disciples.
In Capernaum, explore the remains of the synagogue where Jesus taught and the house of Peter, offering insight into the daily life of Jesus’ ministry. The day concludes in Magdala, home of Mary Magdalene, with a visit to the Church of Magdala (Duc in Altum—“Launch Into the Deep”), honoring the women of the Gospels. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
DAY 4: Jordan River to Jerusalem
Today begins at Yardenit, a baptismal site on the Jordan River, offering an opportunity for spiritual renewal and recommitment. A scenic drive follows past Cana of Galilee, where couples may renew marriage vows, commemorating Jesus’ first miracle.
Continue to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation, where the angel Gabriel announced the birth of Christ to Mary. The journey then ascends to Mount Carmel (Muchraka), recalling Elijah’s confrontation with the prophets of Baal (1 Kings 18). The day concludes with arrival in Jerusalem for hotel check-in, dinner, and overnight.
DAY 5: Jerusalem: The Final Days of Jesus
Step fully into the sacred history of Jerusalem, beginning atop the Mount of Olives, with sweeping views of the Old City. Walk the Palm Sunday path, visiting Dominus Flevit, the Church of All Nations, and spending quiet time in the Garden of Gethsemane.
Inside the Old City, visit the Pool of Bethesda and the Church of St. Anne. Walk the Via Dolorosa, tracing the path of Christ’s crucifixion to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. The day is filled with Scripture, prayer, and awe.
DAY 6: Temple History and the Early Church
After breakfast, explore Jerusalem’s Jewish Quarter, including the Cardo, the “Broad Wall” of King Hezekiah, the Herodian Quarter, and the Golden Menorah.
Continue to the Temple area on Mount Moriah, viewing the Dome of the Rock, followed by prayer at the Western Wall. Visit the Davidson Center and Southern Steps before ascending Mount Zion to see the Upper Room, the site of Pentecost, resurrection appearances, and early Church gatherings, as well as King David’s Tomb. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
DAY 7: Wilderness, Jericho, and the Dead Sea
Travel through the Judean Desert, reflecting on Psalm 63, passing the Good Samaritan Inn. Visit Jericho, including the Sycamore Tree of Zacchaeus and views of the Jordan Valley.
Pass Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered, before arriving at the Dead Sea. Experience floating in its mineral-rich waters, a moment of both wonder and renewal. Return to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.
DAY 8: Bethlehem and Farewell
After breakfast, travel to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity and the Milk Grotto. Continue to the Shepherds’ Field, commemorating the angelic proclamation of Christ’s birth.
The journey concludes with hotel check-in in Bethlehem, refreshments, and a meaningful farewell dinner before transfer to the airport for the return flight home—carrying Scripture to life through unforgettable experience.
